Terms of Use
These terms apply to everyone who signs in to AiServeSOLAR, the solar-inspection platform operated by AiRotor Labs Pvt. Ltd. ("AiRotor", "we"). Your organisation's subscription agreement with us also applies; if the two conflict, the subscription agreement wins.
1. Your account
- Accounts are for named individuals. Do not share your sign-in details; keep your password secret and turn on two-factor authentication where you can.
- Tell us or your organisation admin straight away if you think your account has been misused.
- You must be 18 or older and authorised by your organisation to use the platform.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- access data of an organisation or project you have not been given access to, or try to get around access controls;
- upload anything unlawful, malicious, or that you have no right to upload;
- probe, scan or load-test the service, or scrape it, without our written permission;
- use the service to capture or process personal data about people beyond what plant inspection needs.
3. Your data
Inspection data uploaded by your organisation belongs to your organisation. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your organisation is responsible for having the right to collect and upload it, including any permissions needed for drone flights.
4. AI-generated results
Defect detection, severity grading and summaries are produced with the help of automated and AI models. They support, but do not replace, review by a qualified person. Check findings before acting on them.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. We may update features; when we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app.
6. Suspension
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other customers at risk, and will tell the organisation admin why.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
